Gary oversees all of Tiger Team Roofing's company operations. With over fifteen years of experience in the south Florida roofing industry, he has the knowledge and expertise to execute all phases and types of roofing jobs. Gary attended the University of Central Florida and has been a South Florida resident for over 25 years with his wife, Jennifer, and step daughter Brianna.

Mike, a lifelong South Florida resident, has been working in the roofing industry since 1996 where he started off as a permit runner, delivering materials to the jobs. He quickly took the rains as a project manager in 98' running all on-site operations and was soon thereafter appointed Operations Manager for one of the largest roofing companies in Broward County. After hurricane Wilma in 2005, Mike was promoted to Commercial Account Manager in which he conducted the estimations and operations of all commercial roofing in Broward County. Mike has been married to his wife, Lori, for the past twenty years and is the proud father of two daughters, one of which attends Florida State University and the other St Thomas Aquinas High School.

Giselle currently manages all in house operations for Tiger Team Roofing, including the 24/7 customer support line. She has over 10 years of experience in Management and Customer Service. Giselle is an integral part of the team as she conducts all scheduling, inspections, job specs, and office operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian Botting brings many facets of industry knowledge. With his management, procedural, and sales skills, Brian handles both commercial and residential estimating and project management. Brian also handles all IT and is a liaison between our clients and project production.
